You won’t be able to change your very first Direct Debit payment to Lumo.
We ask that you pay for your energy usage one month in advance, so we can buy energy in advance. This helps us to keep our costs down. We then pass the savings back to you through cheaper gas and electricity rates.
Once you’ve made your first payment, you can choose to have your Direct Debit collected on any day of the month, between the 1st and 28th.
To do this, go to Profile in the app’s menu and select “Payment details”.
Please note, any payments due in the next 5 working days will still go ahead, as the instruction has already been sent to your bank.
