Think your bill is wrong? The first thing to do is check Your Lumo bill explained in the Help Centre.
Check if you gave meter readings this month. If we haven’t received readings, your bill will be estimated and may be higher than normal. Don’t worry, just give readings the next time we ask for them and your new bill will correct for any overestimation.
If you gave readings for the first time in a while, it’s likely this bill has corrected for previous underestimation. It’s not that you used this much energy in one month, the bill is just catching up on previous months where you were charged too little. You can avoid surprise bills by giving meter readings often.
