How will you know if your application is successful?
We’ll let you know if you qualify within 14 days of receiving your application. We might need you to send us some photocopies of documents to support your application. We’ll aim to apply the £140 to your account within 8 weeks of you sending us these or, if we don’t need any photocopies, 8 weeks after your application is successful.
What if I don’t agree with your decision?
We can only base our decision on the information you give us. If you think you’ve made a mistake, you can apply again, but if your answers change then we might need more supporting evidence.
