When booking your smart meter appointment, we gave you the option to choose how often your smart meter sends us meter readings.
The 3 options we have are half-hourly, daily or monthly.
If you chose daily or half-hourly, you’ll be able to see your daily meter readings in the app under “Previous readings” on the Meters tab. This also means your monthly bills will always be to actual meter readings…so no more estimated usage!
If you chose monthly, you’ll smart meter will only send us a reading at the end of each month. We’ll include this reading on your monthly bills, but may need to estimate for some of the month’s usage.
