You can cancel your switch to Lumo within 14 days from when you signed up.

If you decide to cancel, go to the app’s Dashboard and select “View your plan”. Then select “Cancel the switch” – a confirmation will appear advising your switch has been cancelled.

Alternatively, you can use the online cancellation form here. Enter the email address you gave when signing up to Lumo and hit “Submit”.
You’ll then be sent an email with a link to cancel your switch.

We’ll request a cancellation of your Direct Debit. We recommend you also check this with your bank.

If you’re past the 14 day period, unfortunately it’s too late for us to cancel the switch and this option will no longer be available. You must wait until your switch to Lumo is complete, before requesting a new switch to your chosen supplier.
